Formed officially in 2015, PaperChase is the brainchild of Christopher "Cheese" Centineo and the late great David Philastre. The New Orleans based group has evolved over the years to adapt to the ever-changing scene of live music. The group has consistently one-upped itself since its inception. Whether it's expanding their wide variety of music, adding a full-time horn section, or the creation of "musical ADHD," one thing has always stayed the same, their love for music and the color pink!

 

Everything is a mashup! Whether it's singing Chicago over Green Day or niche instrumental crossovers, it's a non-stop party that will keep you on your toes, dancing all night long. With a song list spanning genres like R&B, hip-hop, rock, country, rap, ballads and more, there is something for every kind of event, crowd and vibe. If they don't know it, they'll learn it! Mixing their special blend of "musical ADHD" and comedy, this powerhouse promises an unforgettable, high-energy show from start to finish.

As they approach their 10th anniversary together, PC is the busiest they have ever been, playing all across the Gulf Coast from Texas to Florida at events such as private/corporate parties, weddings, bars, nightclubs and big festivals. PaperChase has had the privilege of playing such events as Champions Square, Gretna Heritage Fest, Krewe of Thoth Ball, Endymion Extravaganza and the Bacchus Bash.
